About Us
We have been a family-owned company for the past three generations. Founded by Alex Ellis in 1946.
"In the year 1945, about the month of October, I was lying flat of my back in my bunk aboard the U.S.S. Strauss in the South Pacific, thinking about what to do when I returned home. Each of you now know what that decision was. After receiving my discharge from the Navy, early 1946, I bought an old Plymouth truck, got together what few tools I could muster, and this was the beginning of Ellis Heating Company." ~ Alex R.
